Important Zone trade account info

Hi Guys,
Unfortunately I can no longer ship parts via courier from my branch, so with immediate effect I can no longer serve the zone as I have been doing.
There may be an alternative solution soon for the zone to get a bespoke service, but nothings set in stone as yet so watch this space. In the mean time you can use the websites with discount codes as per usual.
I just wanted to thank you all for your spending your hard earned with me over the last 2 years (especially Rav

)
Its been a great way to get to know a lot of you, and learn more about E30's at the same time, I'm going to miss it very much.
I'll still be knocking about on here as my car slowly comes back together, and will be attending as many meets/shows as possible in the summer, hopefully see you there!
Thanks again
Matt

I think I would have been retired anyway by the time you actually placed the order Polsta
Went back through my work emails and you were the first zoner to ever ask me for a quote when I set the account up, and I've still never managed to get a penny out of that wallet! haha

Well that's a load of crap!!!
Having dealt with ECP before Matt took over on here, I had no end of problems:-
1. wrong stuff being sent
2. A Headgasket being folded in half!, yes HALF, and stuffed into a box!
3. Not the right amount of items being sent, i.e. order 14, get sent 10
4. The numpties on the desk not knowing what an E30 was
The list goes on.
Sorry Matt, but i feel ECP will loose my business as GSF is closer, all to the fact you cannot offer the service which has had me spending over £1k with you over Christmas.!
Also, i have about another £1k in bits I still need that'll be offered to GSF

That's hilarious!
Sorry to hear it's had to end, I got a few bits from you but not enough to send you on holiday like Rav must've done.

Several arms of the business competing for the same trade never works in favour of the customer, especially not when monkeys are running it!
Shame really, I too received excellent value and service from Matt.

It was 29th March 2011 @ 8.30PM to be precise, M42 engine bits
You can always use the website to search for parts and reserve them for collection at your local branch via the click n collect service.

I sold the car then so that l be why !!
Matt does the click reserve use the zone discount ? Does it work like that or can you just give zone account details over phone to them to get the discount ? If not cam you not get it set up to work as most people have a euros near

As Rav said I couldnt be arsed dealing with the general ECP cocks, id rather use my local GSF that have people with brains on the end of the phone, that are not rude or arrogant.
I do hope Matt can get some service back up and running, I doubt Steve would let the ECP onine idiots to sprawl their adverts all over the forum, imagine the feedback pages/arguments for normal ECP service on here

Exactly my POV,if we are to have some kind of zone link with ECP,we need Matt on the ECP end because he understands our needs.

Think it might be the same answer he's already given you...........................NO!
Even though Matt used to work in the Leics branch once he left for Kettering I couldn't walk in and buy anything with the E30Zone discount even though they knew he used to do it and that I'd used it many times before. It was a discount only Matt offered.
FYI, the website sometimes came out cheaper than Matt!

I've had a right nightmare trying to get hold of anyone at ECP that can deal with us.
If ECP main office think that can take over all the hard work that Matt has done for them on the Zone, they can think again !
Sorry everyone but the only way ECP will be back on here is if Matt is running the show
