Hi all
I'm about to buy a set of mudflaps for my 318is.
I find this seller on Ebay that sell as he says OEM mud flaps set
Does someone here have one of them? I would like to have some details/pictures if possible and to know if there is no issues fitting them (if they ar OEM parts there will be no issues...)
here is the link
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-BMW-3 ... 3a7d1e4a76
Thanks in advance

all x 4 mud flaps should have the LARGE BMW on them like the bottom pair so Don't buy them for that and also the amount of cars i've bought with these fitted that have rot around the fixing points is a shame . DON'T DO IT!
awaits the mudflap sporting hero to say they are fine if you clean the fixing points regularly .
to do that properly you'd need to remove them fully .

nothing wrong with mud flaps if you want to remove them to clean regular, but that aside- DONT ! buy those ones thinking they are oem quality, they are not !!! someone bought some a few months back and were not happy, you can still buy oem ones from the dealers for about 4 times the price, but quality is far superior

I bought them, and to be honest they are excellent value, good quality and very close to originals , the steel brackets look like they may rust in time but unless you are looking for show wining points and want to pay over £100 a set, go for it.
You could always coat the fixings and mounts in waxoyl as i did.

thank for the reply
I have seen the rust problem

flaps won't stay on the car all the time, cuz i want to use them more to prevent the side of the car being always durty on rainy days but i will take them off during summer
so blackrs2000custom you are happy with yours?

My bmw supplied mud flaps do not have the BMW branding on the front two but it is on the rear set.

personly, if its a "nice" car, buy bmw, ok they cost £120 odd, but they are super brand new and come with all fittings- when you hold them you do think "they are worth the money" heres the ones i bought from bmw and had bmw on both sets

my mate is going to see in the afternoon at the bmw dealer the price for the front set, cuz actually i only want front ones to prevent my door buying dirty, and also I have an Mtech Rear bumper so rear ones will not fit.

New ones have the BMW logo but some older all ones may not have. Maybe the Ebay ones are new old stock?

don't know, but according the fact i will use only front ones, i prefer to have BMW written on it, looks 1000 times better
