E30 Zone

Hi,
My 318is baur 1991 is off the road parked covered over in my garage...
Obviously the battery is flat...my question is how often should i start ghe engine/charge battery???..
Im planing on putting it back the road in may.

Think i'll take the battery inside and charge it,how do i turn the
car over using the diagnostic scoket????

I'd rather keep the battery in the car in case the SI batteries go flat, especially if you can keep it topped up with a trickle charger.
