hello any advice would help loads, i don't really want to drill any hole to attach these so what the next option iv had people say no more nails but i was hoping for something that's used in the motor trade not for putting up shelves etc so any ideas ?

iv current got 4 of the black clips for either sill and another 5 for the other and this is how it sits. one side is a bit difficult as from the looks of it its had one sill replaced in its like leaving the bottom lip bit wider than usual, i can wedge the black clips on but have to give them a hit with a hammer to do so.

hers a pic this is tape on the sill to the doors just for a look at what it will be like

Tiger seal.

I would personally drill the holes then paint and waxoyl too prevent corrosion.

Did the job for me. This is a two man job IMO so find a helper to hold! Also devise some sort of prop to hold it whilst drying....and pick a dry day!

your boss should have some or might get you some but failing that you can buy single tubes from ebay but use it straight away as i got some from ebay and left it in the boot for 6 weeks and it was rock hard [gone off] when i went to use it for the same job .

it must've been old stock as it wasn't the middle of summer to bake it.
