If a bearing has been proper shagged for a while it can mess up the flange, or more specifically, the part of the flange which goes in the bearing. Are you sure its bearing noise?

As above and if you're sure its the bearing, it might be easier to get a pair of different trailing arms rather than messing around with the bearing.

Prognosis is not diagnosis

Have you checked your diff bearings and oil. They are prone to failure aswell and give out the same noise as wheel bearings

I'm not to sure on what atm I'm still trouble shooting and eliminating options but I just put it all back together and there is more play in te wheel than before I had the bearings done :/ plus this will be the last work I can afford to do for a few months so dunno what condition any off it will be left on jack stands :(

Wouldn't worry about leaving it on stands, well apart from the swansea locals knicking the stands.

I will be up and down to swansea again after christmas so could either take a look or bring parts up if you need them.

The hubs themselves are not wear parts so i doubt they have worn over the years.
Who did the bearings?
