HI ALL I HAVE WATER IN THE TWO REAR FOOTWELLS ANY IDEAS WHERE ITS COMING FROM.

Rusted out/loose steel bungs. One each side, roughly directly under the rear edge of the front seats.
Cheap and readily available from BMW.

if its a two-door... water can leak through the grommets of the C-pillar trim aka shark fins.

+1 for the grommits mentioned above. the fins arejust push fittted on, prise them out and renew the grommits!

REMOVED REAR SEAT AND WATER UNDER THERE TO ANY IDEA HOW TO REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK. MODEL IS A 318 LUX 1990.

is that better, forgot to say its a 4 door. there was more water on the drivers side would it be door seals ?
