E30 Zone

I would normally do most work on my car myself, but IÔš'm moving house in a week or so and my back has not been to good recently (grumble grumble, IÔš'm getting old). So have had to take the car in to have the work done, my mate is a mechanic and works for a big chain (donÔš't want to mention any names).

Ok, IÔš'm having all the shocks and springs replaced + a new petrol tank fitted on my 325i, I have supplied them with all the new parts so this is just a bill for labour. What do you reckon I should expect to pay?? IÔš've been quoted Ԛ£200, good? or bad?

200 sounds alright. i was quoted 150 for spings and shocks only

200 does sound like a good price...

Cool, I had a bit of a steep bill for S14's MOT, that said anything Japanese is expensive and it needed some welding etc.

Glad to see the back of it to be honest! And now of course I'm a happy E30 owner.
