BAD DAY!

Today when i was coming home from work, I was coming down the by pass behind a transit van when it kicked up a piece of wood from the back tyres and took out my lip spoiler, front indicator lens, front wing, then smashed my wing mirror in!! Absolutley gutted!
Luckly enough i have got spare lenses and wing mirrors just need to replace the wing and find a bloody iS lip spoiler!!

now i have a Red E30 iS with Black wing mirrors! 1 day before the MOT!!

can that sort of thing be claimed on the other drivers insurance?

if they admit it yes. but be honest if someone pulled you over and told you that you damaged their car with a piece of wood you had run over, you woul tell them to go fcuk a duck
