That is a CSL airbox. Put it on the bay, if it is undamaged it should make good money from someone with a fooked one.

PS Send Pony some details, he could keep it under his bed and give it some serious abuse instead of barebacking his fist whilst thumbing through the E46 M3 technical specs !

If that's a genuine CSL box it will sell for £3k in about 5 minutes on M3cutters

its a genuine part with bmw numbers on it.

it has the bdmc intake trunking/air feed that comes from the grill area,the box and filter but sadly not the side part that closes the filter in.

If it was complete it would be worth circa £3k, as it isn't I would put it on eBay as I'm sure it will still generate a lot of interest.

this is not my part harry but one does exist,yes the snorkel part is missing from the one that is for sale.i will have pics of the actual item soon
