On the drive? In your tin shed? In your garage? In your air bubble next to your large collection of vintage racers?

You get the idea, basically I am wondering where you store your E30 or E30's?

Not talking M3's here mind as they are worth big money now.

Just wondering as was talking to a mate about moving his 325 out of the lock up! :D

Cheers all,

I actually had a garage built especially for mine!

It got nicked last year and when most recent property purchase was one with a car port attached to rear I took oppurtunity to get it built up and proper roofed and stuff.

Its got no electric , a cat somehow gets in and sh1ts on car and paw prints everywhere but its secure and it keeps it out of sight.

Added benefit I got some tenants in house who know garage is out of bounds to them and they keep a watchful eye on it.

Plan is to get it fully insulated , electric in it and then it will be just right for the job.

2 of my E30's live in garages and the E30 touring lives outside and braves all elements.

Rent a garage about 4 miles from my house. It's a decent size at 5x8 metres, roller shutter door, on a locked compound and only £10 a week. Downsides are it has no power or no facilities of any kind. Better than my driveway though and keeps me dry when working on it.

Garage at home. Only just fits and hardly any space to work on it though

Mine has spent the last 6 years in an open, but private parking lot (shared between 4 blocks of flats, mine being one of them).

This included nearly 2 years without moving after it was stolen and trashed and I did 90% of the repair / rehab work in the car park and not once did any of the neighbours complain about my "old abandoned car".

The only problem is that it (and I) suffered the blazing sun in summer and sub-zero temperatures in winter, but the car put up with it better than I did!

Next week I'll be moving into a flat with an underground garage in which the E30 will be blessed with a parking space :D but I won't be able to work on it in there though.

The E39 will stay in a similar private car park open to the elements.....

Mine is outside in the driveway. Had it in a shed for the last year but almost time to go back on the road now so have to get her ready for NCT 8).

Would love a nice sized garage, with a lift, Full of tools and a compressor. Oh and heated aswell.
One can dream hahaha

mines garaged and its nice and dry carpeted (old carpet on the floor of a garage is handy to have) and decent sized, 2 houses there keep a watchful eye for me and also give me water to use and would let me run and extention lead if i asked, so not too bad

car goes in 3 weeks for new arches and paint, so i have the garage empty for a while so can have a proper sort out with no car in there and upgrade it all with new shelves and storage etc, looking forward to that
