Different styling options ?

G'morning zoners, I've recently got myself a 86' 325i. I'm busy trying to read up on all the different options for headlights, valances, side skirts, exhausts etc be it aftermarket or OEM.

Is there a thread somewhere that lists all the different options there are with pictures ?

If not then feel free to post up pictures with the list of mods done so I can get some different ideas of what looks best :)

all depends what you want

e30s- pre facelift and facelift, like a mk1 and mk2 if you like, same shell but different styling

being an 86, you want to check for rust 1st and get it solid-proper check it , carpets up are a must really, bumpers off etc

but yours being a pre facelift- its mtec 1 styling, tech 1 front/rear valance , or an alpina front valance, tech 1 side skirts or se side skirts, se rear spoiler, tech 2 rear spoiler would fit, the tech 2 kit is the facelift mind (plastic bumber cars)

but- a mish mash wont look best and the mtech 1 is 1 package of valances and side skirts and rear spoiler

generaly a tech 1 kit with rear spoiler will cost £450-500

then theres suspension, interior, etc and a whole load of other options

the best thing to do, is go to the photo gallery section, and just read through the hundreds of threads, with pictures of hundreds of e30s...

Most people on here go for subtle oem styling, but it's your car . Have a trawl through the Wiki and picture gallery to see that other zoners have done. There is a vast wealth of info on the forum!

I'm not overly keen on the M-tech kits so i've been looking at IS lips, upside down volvo lips etc
I just wanted to know if there was a thread to see if people have posted different splitters and how they look. I'm aiming for a subtle look with a nice drop and slight poke, I've come from the dub scene aha

I'll just have to keep trawling through pictures

there is a page in the wiki that shows all the different bodykits and styles, that would be a god place to start

I tried that earlier before posting but it said "Permission Error", so I tried to sign in/create an account on it and it wouldn't so gave up lol
