e30 325i SE mtec2 auto

Hi i can possibly get the above car for spares. I was wondering are they worth much in spares and what parts can be transfered to a 2door e30. its got full mtec kit from factory and full leathers etc. What is it worth no tax or mot most likely rotten and its gone pink originally it would of been red.
