More and more names popping over from MIG these days! :)

wow, nice - why is it raked forward so much? suspension, engine weight, or both?

a combination of all those, to a certain degree, but most of the rake was because that is where we were braking to go into the 'bus-stop' section

TBH Im with Nav. Seeing the car drive past doesnt really show

a) how fast it is (especially as you're at a part where hes braking)
b) What a great job he did of the conversion.

p.s
Oh, and will all the PassionFord numpties go back please. We like this forum un-crap

Why?

Glenns car is very very well built. And driving past doesnt convey that. You can barely hear the V8 growl, so to all intents and purposes it could just be a 325 going past.

I hesitate to say that PassionFord is full of arses. Its not, theres probably 5-10 people on there who are IMO very cool people. Not just the big names. But some of the other users like to help people out. I include Chip
in that. I may not always agree with him, but hes still sound. And obviously Spiky who appears to be a good egg too. Another example might be Pon or Phil. (Ive never met any of them)

Basically it suffers a little for its popularity. And for being too heavily moderated.

Im currently banned (for the last 2 months now) but its no real loss to me, only thing is I cant read the PMs I get sent. :D

Blimey, lots of familiar faces here, very incestuous business the world of cars!

As to why im here, im probably putting together a bit of a budget turbo E30 as a nurburgring toy with a mate of mine, so i thought i would join the forum first to see what i could learn from it.
