What's the budget, what is the end game? looks,?performance? or both? Note that is scaled cheaper to expensive!

got 500 to spend looking for something adjustable and stiff for the road for my m50 cab its to boat like.

stiff on a cab ? its not ideal
look at the H&R cup kit, available from euro car parts

4 x 100 or 5 x 120?
As kos said H&R cup kit is real good.
Or if you are 5 stud, an e36 HSD kit from Driftworks/trackculture is awesome

Take it you already fitted front strut brace? If not, you'll be amazed at the difference it can make.
