 Well guys and girls last week i went and bought another Hartge motorsport car.
This time i went for the marvelous hartge h26 with its 190bhp 2.6m20 lump.
Its a 1987 car in a lovely greeny kinda colour which im still trying to work out.
its manual everything which im soooooooo happy about because nothing can break to easy in this one it seems a wicked all round car vv quick and responsive.
It has all the usual hartge goodies on board a genuine birds hartge h26 car and the best bit is the hartge conversion wasnt done till 93 so the car is like new!!!!!.
Lets see wat u all think then guys by the way this is the daily driver now replacing the 325i and then the H35 is for the weekends !!

Ian,

Nice car :thumb:

I think that colour may be called Malachite green or something along those lines.

Cheers,

Ian.

Looks the same colour as my 1990 316i Lux. Its listed in my paperwork as Lagoon green.
Is it the same colour as is often found on the later touring's?

Nice car mate, that was on ebay not so long ago. Hats off to the guy who restored it!!

Sure its a 2.6 Litre? 323i crank with custom superlightweight short skirt pistons? If its that engine then man thats one bad ass engine!

Have a proper look because I think its the later conversion which they played massively with the head, added their 280 cam and the 6 branch. Bottom end standard. Either way, proper 190+ BHP car.

I did alot of research on these and they quot 190 bhp WITHOUT the 6 branch and yours has this.

Fantastic car though Ian, now you got to start looking for a H27.

Congrats!.......

ian, looks loverrrly, open up the bonet and check the colour code and there should be the name of the colour aswell (in german, or just ask a friendly stealership to tell you what the colour is from the code). should be on passenger side on the chassis somewhere
