Hi, got the panel out but can't find the thread with the picture of the back of the panel showing the nut to tighten. I guess I could just tighten them all
Any pointers?
Cheers

No soldering required is there?

There's only the two brass nuts

one each directly behind fuel/temp gauges.

And they both should be tight.

Hmm nipped them up and fixed it for about 2 minutes, then a wobble then full blown craziness once again.
Does this mean there something loose in the box, dry solder?
Cheers

By the way, what a fookin joy it is working on this car
The thumbscrews a nicely milled chunk of aluminium, all held in with a few screws, clocks out in about 5 minutes

It is worth soldering the 2 joints that hold the resistor in place for the brake warning light - I did mine yesterday after a cluster swap, the old and the replacement were both fooked
...And now working spot on. Do a quick search for the location of the dry joints - they are over by the temp gauge.
