Not too bad at all, the only tricky bit is getting the door card out without breaking the clips. If they do break, they're only pence from BMW so no worries there. You'll have to get past the plastic membrane behind it so once that's done, ensure it's properly sealed up afterwards or you'll get soggy carpets
