four door and touring door cards interchangeable?

how do all, can anyone confirm if the four door sedan and touring inside door cards are the same fitment? i.e. if a set from a touring will fit into a four door saloon?

As do the front doors complete, but not the rears.

Only difference between touring/4 door rears is the shape of the frame over the quarter light....anyone successfully converted a 4 door rear to touring,yet?
