The head itself could be cracked or warped. Common for them to crack.
Did you get it pressure tested and skimmed before sticking it back on?

Mine went after 2 weeks. It happens.
Although if done properly they won't go on their own. Especially if it has been done so recently. Headgaskets will only normally fail if there is an underlying problem, normally in the cooling system. I would ask the garage for proof of the pressure test too.

based on your reviews might have to trade in my 325i for a saxo. what engine you got, the one litre 49bhp one or the more powerful 1.1 with the 59bhp lump?

Mmm i have friends who work in garages. Doesn't mean I would trust them to check the oil level.
Anyway, you are clearly just being a child for attention. Enjoy your spaxo, innit

Well that's real funny I give you that!
You are comparing a 20 odd year old 325i with a fuked headgasket to a french shitbox saxo?.... Lmao, what planet are you on? My car would pi ss all over the fastest of you french shitters (the vts) so anything else in there line up is really quite pointless.
May I suggest you go and buy a decent e30 so that you can see what they are all about instead of a rotter with no compression due to a self confessed headgasket failure

If you want a fast car then you dont want to own an E30 or a saxo both a slow as shit in standard guise.
Stop being a pleb, i get the feeling this guy has neon washer jets on his saxo

Go faster stripes lol
But pac, a healthy 325i would stamp all over a saxo especially the high comp lump found in a pre facelift car!.....

68 minutes to sell a car!?
What the fuck is this, Christie's acution house or something?!
Stop lying, you're not fooling anyone!
The best engine transplant would be to stick the 1.0L shitron saxo in to it "innit bruv"......

.....standard....and you think it's rapid?
For sure you're a kid trying to wind people up......
French car build quality is shite, i know, i've got a 106 and the cooling system on it is fucked up beyond all recognition, nothing seems to go right on those shitboxes!! First the clutch, then the cooling system, then this, then that......then back to the clutch and so on........ abit like your shitron saxo.....

Obviously a dickhead if you think a 1.6 8v saxo is faster than a 325i,, go home you fool. If you put an m50 in an e30 you would kill yourself if you think an 8v spaxo is fast!!
For the record my mate has a shitroen saxo vtr and he cannot get anywhere near my car! If you had said vts you would have had more of a case,, still shite little cars all the same.
And an evo isn't a real drivers car with traction control settings for gravel, snow ect ect... How much more fuking help or driver aids do you need for christ sake?... Over 200bhp through rear wheels only with no weight over the back end and NO traction control = E30. You don't get much more of a drivers car than that!
Enjoy you micro machines fool

your mate probably either couldn't see due to the amount of smoke coming from your car or he was dodging bits falling off it
