Can anyone tell me what its worth?

Soon i will be trying to sell my 325 touring to get something cheaper for daily use. As i bought the car off my dad i didnt pay market price, and i cant seem to find much continuity in the classifeds.
Its a 1989, done 175k, some rust bubbles on the wings and doors. Valence and arches are rust free though. New tyres, rear brakes, and exhaust.MOT and tax for a few months. Few cracks on the dash and worn o/s/f seat. Has the sport front seats. Electrics all work.
A guideline price would be great, cheers guys.

Dunno. £1500 maybe? , as a very rough guide price. As with most things, condition is everything. Some pictures would help.

The only pics i can find of it
The only real downside of it is theres a rust hole in the wing on one side, i put a sticker over it and it hasnt bothered me since. Also its got an IS lip and spax shocks

The fact that its a 325 will absolutely help and always keep interest high, the miles and few little things you mention would make me say a ballpark figure of £1000? What do others feel?

Sadly £1000 does sound on the high side given that there have been several 325i tourings on here recently in good nick which have struggled to achieve more than £600 - £700.
Does look straight but 175k will unfortunately put some people off.
Try it on car & classic - you'll probably get more for it there than on here.

It is a sad fact that a lot of people wont even read past the miles, i was too once upon a time one of those people, until i had my red 325i touring about 6 years ago that when sold had 155,000 on it and it was just an absolute trooper!!! As Rob says, Car and Classic is a good way to go - ive always had much success there and its free to boot!!!

Being realistic, probably £500, maybe a bit more

Crikey. Doesn't seem worth selling it for £500. What a shame the mileage is such a big factor. It doesn't drive like it's done 175k
