What are the quality of their parts like? Are they the exact filters etc that bmw use just without the bmw stamp?
cheers

I've said about that before and i always get "the prices we give are on trade already" - even the first time i went there

Cook i just think GSF are a better company to use anyway go in there and ask for discount they will give it you if your polite when asking. Ive hate most euro car parts there staff are just rude and incapable of giving you the right parts first time round.

I've had alot less issues with ECP than GSF. It really varies from store to store. Everytime i go to GSF i have a full blown argument - last time i think it was me trying to explain that a prop bearing carrier isn't the prop rubber doughnut / guibo.

That never works for me. Perhaps I shouldn't go in wearing my cravat and smoking jacket.

The 20% is a nice idea, but when there calipers are 50% dearer than GSF i know where i'll be going.
Clarksosn's latest video made me laugh when he held up an entire race so they could film it.
The reason ? they were waiting for a parts company to deliver the bits he needed to put the car back together, and then when it turned up it was the wrong one. No need to say where he ordered it from.

+1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We use them at work quite alot and i can safely say euro's are one of the most unreliable companies i have come across..might just be the branch i use but MAN they are useless!
90% of the time they send the wrong part first time and then take forever to get the right part out to you..and you ask the driver something and he can barely speak english..
USELESS!!!

Euro's are okish down my way. Retards with attitude behind the counter is what your fighting.
My local GSF are spot on the money, they're as good as my local BMW dealer. Correct parts arrive when they say

Not so i'm afraid.
I used to work for a garage that spent of money with euros, like £6000 a month on average and the discount we got was huge, like up to 80% on some items which goes to show how cheap they must buy some stuff in for!
I've used Crawley, Redhill and both Croydon branches with no problems as with any place, its only as good as its staff regardless of company.
Alot of people moan about Euro's and GSF to a lesser extent but where else are you going to get same coverage of parts and manufacturers for allot less than main dealer prices? Halfords or your local motor factors? No.
With Euro's if they dont have it on the shelf they can allot of the time get it the same day or next.
I tend to use the main dealer for most things (as i work there) but i will use Euro's or ebay for some parts.

Must say the Pompey branch of GSF give first class service.
