Does/has anyone on here used this firm?

What are your opinions on their quality of work?

I know they are mainly M3 orientated but experiences with other e30s would be good to hear, good or bad.

TIA.

i haven't used myself but a very honest and knowledgeable guy I know didn't rate them after a less than satisfactory experience. However it may have been a one off.

I bought a part from them when it hadn't turned up the following week I phoned them and nigel said he had sold it to someone else, when I asked him why he said that's business it happens all the time, I'm guessing the other person offered him more so he sold it to them after agreeing to sell it to me, I should have know better as he'd previously sold me a part which he said was new but was in fact second hand, but I needed the part so took the risk.

Some crappy reveiews of a very good company there :(

I take my bmw's there all the time and nigel is a top bloke who will break his back to help you out. They have an excellent knowledge of e30's and are reasonable with their prices.

I highly recommend them and know a few others on here and on the bmw scene that also rate them highly.

I used to use Nigel years ago, over 15yrs ago, but one "Bad" experience and i've never used him after that.
Just say it was a parts issue too.

I think this is the company I went to with town325i. Seemed like a nice place to me, with some impressive work going on, on an E21...?

Can't say much more than that though. :o:

The bad reviews are always more prominent, but they do seem to be parts related.

It was yes and Nigel is a very decent bloke and only ever sells top quality parts also he has helped me out with few things like using his tools.

At the end of the day every where gets bad press of some sort now and again with the odd slip up.

I went there when my brother needed an exhaust for his M3. Very helpful guy and even let my brother use his ramp to fit it at no extra cost.... I was so impressed I used him for a replacement shock absorber for my old M3. No complaints from me... :D

my brother has used them multiple times for his escort to be set up and continues to use them along with alot of others in the rallying scene, i've only heard good things about the quality of their work regarding setting up and rolling road work.

My experience of Moseley Motorsport over the past 20 years has been always good. Nigel is a very experienced and knowledgeable person. They are not the cheapest in town, but worth every penny as they don't cut corners.

Their contact details are on their website:

Horsehay, Telford

I've bought loads of parts and spent a lot of money over the years without a problem.
I've also spent many hours on the phone to him getting advise and he's always very friendly!

Last I heard he was quite ill and either selling up or letting his daughter run it.

Sorted a replacement S14 for me and dropped it in when my old girl was a bit tired (to say the least). Bent over backwards for me and weighed in at a very reasonable price.

A tick from me...

I;ve phoned him once, years ago for a second opinion. Seemed like a sound bloke. But like Jim I'd heard he was about to sell up.

I've also heard his daughter is easy on the eye winkeye
