its sadly coming the time to say good by to my e30, not had it long but having lost my job and my new one being lower paid i need to go to something more economical so looking for a golf tdi.

the car is a 320 BUT has had a 2.5 dropped in it, the bigger 2.5 suspension and brakes also. other than that it is COMPLETELY standard.

it has sunroof, elec windows and mirrors.

in VERY good condition, has long mot (will double check but its circa 9 months and about 3-months tax (will double check.

bad points: rear valance is a bit rusted.

ever so slight bubbling on skuttle, two mins with some sand paper would haveit gone its that slight. needs a winder for the sunroof and a couple of the lights ont he sensors are a bit faulty (washer bottle and brake pad wear) oh and the fuel guage can eb a bit optimistic.
it has had two new rear quarter panel windows BUT they are shadowlines and not the original chrome ones, it does come with one spare chrome rear window tho. needs a new excelerator pedal as clip has snapped so taped together at mo(still works fine like this)

cas has recently been serviced with new oil filters and spark plugs (last 2k miles) and runs very well. it is ont he 2.0 gearbox and diff s(open) so very nippy :)

sad to see her go but to expensive for me to run im afraid.

still down as a 2.0 on log book.

so what would you say?

(ps ignore cracked windscreen its been replaced)

your best bet, would be to search ebay current and completed, piston heads, sales section on here, and look for both asking prices, and prices cars have sold at, do the homework to get some ideas, people/yurself might put a value on it, but its all what you can sell it for and what someone will pay for it

Possible electrical gremlins? I'd say £800-900.

hello sid.

sensor has been the same on the washer bottle and the brake pad warning light has only been on since the pads were change so may need the sensor re hooking up.

will look on ebay :)

900-1000 if the car is running well

If you've uprated suspension etc aswell I'd be looking for a grand

1000 sounds reasonable. only prob was a misfire but the new plugs sorted that. had a nearly new radiator on it with the cowl still intact recently too :)

will see what a few more people say then get this up for sale as soon as i can (needs a wash)

really gonna regret this but what will be will be :(

Values already mentioned between £800 - £1000 sound about right. Can't see it fetching a lot more than that but you should get at least £800.

Fixing the minor niggles such as the warning lights, sunroof handle and accellerator pedal will definately make it easier to sell as its less for a cautious buyer to find fault with and won't cost much to sort.

Looks like a very nice base to upgrade from - sort of car I'd look for if I was in the market for one rather than much of the chavved up scrap thats around on ebay & pistonheads at the moment

Good luck !
