[curmudgeonlyoldfart]Why the incessant need to tinker with perfection?[/curmudgeonlyoldfart]

Don't know why but I don't mind this as much as the removal of the main beam.

I think it's against some law or another.
Certainly would be frowned upon if used on a public road. .....And don't you have to have some kind of special permission to own/drive/exhibit ex-Police cars because of the kit that's attached to them? (IIRC, the radios have to have the guts taken out of them for a start)

I get your point about the fake police lights but I was really referring to the other link regarding the single light conversion.
A far bigger crime in my book .

Yeah its against the law I'm sure as you can lead unsuspecting public into believeing you are the police. Also, you know if an unmarked car attempts to pull you over you don't have to stop unless your 100% sure it is the police? Probably for the same reason this fool has the lights in his car.
And to add my opinion to it, they look w4nk. End of.

Definitely illegal......and the single lights look sh!t.
It's a nice idea but can only be used on a show car. IIRC there was a nice E60 at DC10 with some police style lights which looked quite cool.

Lights are cool but defo illegal.
One of my mates had some white flashing lights on his limo and got pulled over for using them

Pretty sure he was referring to the link for single headlamp conversion - which i like, but dont hink its illegal? he has combined both dip and full beams into one light - looks a bit like an e21...

For crying out loud Robin, Give it a rest will you.
It's done now, Scott doesn't come on here any more and it's really just not needed.
