As some of you will know my search is on for my new drive, i've been having a good look around and i had a look at this today.

The car's been in a bit of rear end shunt but doesn't seem overly major and it's all going through the insurance with no drama's.

I've attached the car and some shots of the rear (small) shunt.

Stevie,

Minor damage mate and nothing to be worried about as long as its fixed properly.. Of course this means it should get a discount. I like the car myself and think its a good buy for the right price however it depends on the repair.. Did you talk to the seller about a price mate?

Mate if you like I can talk to the seller with you and relay my concerns about repairs and let them know in no uncertain way that if the repair is not up to scratch their will be no sale.

I would tell the seller what he should be telling the repairer so the repairer knows that they will be looking for faults. (you and me) The problem is that if the repairer thinks the car is being repaired for the purpose of a sale they WILL take short cuts as they will believe the seller wont car as he is selling it.. I have been their and done that..

How did the Pina go?

Mike
