Hello all
Just looking into getting a tow bar for the touring. But am a little confused, i have done a search and some people have said that they are all the same so can be put on saloon touring or cabby. But in some adds i can see three different types. Which one will fit on a 1990 touring?

all of them would fit but the top one will look nicer fitted IMO as most of it is hidden behind the rear bumper.

i could do with a towbar at some stage too- do you need to cut away at a tech 2 rear valance with the top one? i assume you do with the other two?

I've got a swan neck one like the one in the top picture sitting in the garage which I bought for my cabriolet but wouldn't fit easily due to there being much bigger chassis rails on it than a saloon or touring. Might be persuaded to part with it if anyone was interested?

you would need to cut a hole for the tow ball and to have access to the electrics

I've just removed this twin electrics towbar from my 325 - all parts inc !

All in I think 6 holes will have to be created and this was connected in through the rear lights/electric aerial
