S on my LSD ?

No, an S on the diff ID tag before the ratio or in between the gearing figures on a replacement drive means a LSD. anyone can stamp or paint an S on a diff!!!

The big S is put on by BMW at the factory during production.
If it's still there after all this time thats impressive!

Guys, It's a LSD from b7, Has the tag, The white S was found under a bit of road shite. Cheers

I did indeed create a stencil to autheticate my own 3:64 yes.

yes i agree, but it is much easier to stamp an S on the diff than to stamp the correctly sized S and postion it on the small tag.
