Hiya,i've recently bought a very nice lagoon green with beige leather cabby. The top edge of the rear bench is shrunken(years of sun exposure?)back and the seams are split.Has anyone sucessfully repaired anything similar or is it a case of search for a new rear bench?(hens teeth!).

yes they can be repaired...they have to be SOAKED in hide food (and not over winter when its too cold) and it will take them months to soften properly ...when softened you have to strip the leather off the seat and sew from the back...
