E30 Zone

Ive got a lovely set of ford recaros. How can i get them to fit in my e30.

Do the sports seats have different runners to comforst seats??

As ford recaros have 4 bolt holes (1 in each corner) would sport runners work? or do i have to make something up?

Has any1 else done this or have a photo of the end result

Had a set of these, couldn't be bothered to fit them in the end...the rails are very different and you need a seatbelt buckle thingy IIRC

I mocked one in and didn't like the fabric with the rest of the car...are you planning on a retrim?

I have a grey costworth pair... they match quite well... so no retrim.....

Any1 got a pair of e30 runners near romford they dont want for me to cut up

Cosworth seats are lower so would be ideal plus they have a metal base unlike rs turbo seats.
Use e30 base with angle iron as thats what i did with rs seats but the sat to high so switched back.

you got any pics of the seats? and how different are they from the backs?

you got a 2door as cossie ones dont flip unless escort or sierra?

I ve got a cossie set from a saph. They are light grey with a darker grey middle. I have got the 4 door version & have a touring so happy days. Ill try to take some photo's once they are in the car
