The guy that I was trying to buy a 325i off has gone all shy after i mentioned that Kos would have a look at it, either our friend has a reputation he isnt telling us about or that dolphin grey number was a lemon


Anyway, i've found another suitable candidate for an M52... but it's even further away from me lol!


If anyone is willing to go, have a look and give me a report i'll of course be happy to exchange some beer tokens for the info

well the auction is irrelevant because im only willing to pay 500 max for a 316i auto in *any* condition since i'll need to upgrade so many things to make it worthy of a 24v engine.

Mine was originally a 316i Auto.. It's not that bad. Considering you would be pulling most of it apart to renew stuff anyway.. Condition of shell is far more important than anything else.

Will do, OT but out of interest do you own zero exhausts and if so can you do a manifold/exhaust system for an e30 m52?

I don't own it, I had my exhaust made there..

He would definitely be able to do a system for it, and most likely tweak the 328i manifold also..

Ahhh nevermind, I was thinking if you owned it then I could put business your way but I would rather use fritz if that's the case.
