E30 Zone

As some of you may be aware, i'm trying to make my engine bay look like a magpies nest with lots of shiny chrome... Like those american muscle cars, but a German 2 litre auto turd...

Anyway... I am after new hoses at some point, i'm guessing I can change them all to stainless steel ones, but not sure which I can and cant etc... Also, does anyone know where I can get it by the metre price on a roll as i'm gonna need a fair bit... Then there is lots of size diferences too...A
Lots of questions, hopefully, lots of help...


I'm not to keen on the hoses that you can get that you just place over the top of the existing ones, they seem tacky, but again, i'm not sure as there might be some good ones out there...

Jim by stainless I take it you mean braided hoses ? someone like www.demontweeks.co.uk will sell this sort of stuff.

Yes... Kinda takes the bore out of looking at the same Engine bay over and over again... with everything metal under there its not the norm... Its not angel eys, its not eye brows, it not cheesy stickers... Its hidden away for my own pleasure...

Plus, Rubber hoses?

Exactyl what I want... Seems easier if they are just going straight over... I thought the cover ones where gonna be terrible but they will looks amazing.

I didnt mean madpie's on here... I ment magpie as in the bird as they pick things up that are shinny... lol... Check out Cliffybaby's engine, and Bootyman's... Da ourer too... Great engine bays...

You could always get Samco hoses in the colours you want.

Though I think there isn't a "set" for non M3's so you'd have to make it up hose by hose.

I don't really want to be spending that amount of money just for the look Rich... My car is no way a performace car... lol... 320i auto...
