Straight through, no advisories! Well chuffed, considering the old gal was in bits four days ago and I haveput her back together myself! And I didn't think I knew one end of a screwdriver from the other! Thanks to those of you who offered advise for sorti g bits out!

yeah its done at a garage that does mot testing and we have to pay for it prices can vary think theres a garage near me £19.99 another one £24.99 i think the actual price set by the ministery of transport is £54 or something like that i think the reason why some places do it cheaper is for the custom.. also if the car fails a lot of the garages will give a free retest if the car is brought back within 14 days

That's not to bad if you get a free retest over here we don't have any test at all I just get my car serivce once year and get the garage to check every thing. If I take it to France or uk I get a check over and oil change

No m o t need because the BMW is on jeresy plates you just go by the law over here as you would only be there for a few weeks at a time . I know if I but it on uk plates it would have to have m o t

if i see any jersey plates on a motor i'm off out the way in case something falls off it.

Yeah lol I think you got 3months in the uk before you have to change them, most of the cars here are in good condition I want to do a track day over there in the uk
