just fitted some 17s to the touring today with an offset of 38 i knew they would be a close fit to front strut but there on and fit with a massive clearance of nearly 1 full millimetre to the strut so no spacers needed result

With that offset, there should be plenty of room for some nice 4 pots

Nothing wrong whatsoever with such an offset.bryvw1973 wrote:there not very wide its just there the wrong offset for an e30 so they sit further in
If mine weren't of similar offset, I'd never have managed to fit a set of 4 or 6 pots under the rims.
