Hello my battery in my alarm seems to have died lately and i now need another where could i get one IIRC its a size C and 7.2v

maplins currys halfords car audio shop/alarm specialist and if its bmw alarm a main dealer can probably get it

excuse my ignorance, what does it look like? the only size c battery i can think of are the onoes you can buy from any shop

take it to an electrical supplies store
is it an original bmw alarm, if it is then the main dealers may be able to help

Took it to maplin today and as usual i got the 16 year old ackney filled teenager who can just about tie his shoes and we found batterys but none had voltage markings. What does mah mean

Abbreviation for Milliampere-hour, which is how batteries are rated for capacity power. The higher the mAh rating, the more powerful the batteries.

Thats out of the factory BMW alarm isn't it? i had the same problem, i bought the last one in stock in Bracknell. It was the siren complete as bmw won't sell the batteries on their own!
Germany may have some in stock, it came with a new bracket,nuts,bolts,2new keys and a long length of loom

You could try CPC for a replacement battery, or RS components.

That looks like 3 soldered together. Trim the blue plastic off (without destroying the numbers) and get the number off the face of the cell.
How does this one compare for size?

Thats not my picture i threw mine away because i thought it was a part that was ready to order
