hi every1 im new only joined last nite,great web site really hav enjoyed it so far :D
i dont own a e30 as yet but i hav cash waitin to buy a 325i sport so if any1 know's of any 4 sale then can u let me know got up 2 Ԛ£4k i want a nice 1. didn't c any 4 sale up gaydon yesterday was a v-good day tho!!!

For Ԛ£4000 I would expect no rust, reasonable mileage, masses of SH.

Basically you should be able to get something thats really really clean.

If your not too clued up on e30's and their problems look through this site and find out as much as possible about them.

thanks craig i hope i do im gonna b more patient this time round as i impulse bought a lexus is200 but thats now gone so i can get me sport.

there's a couple of Zoners in Ipswich too mate, look out for Fozzymonster - he's turbocharging his 315, Wilson is also in Ipswich and a few other zoners in East Anglia/ Essex.

From what i've seen, there are far more E Dirtys daaarn saaarf than there is up north

No, I was doing a job surveying an old farmhouse out that way and there was a load of lads razzing about. I think one of their old mans is minted and bank rolls them to go to competitions and stuff.

Do a search on here for the word head.
You must be really really careful that the one you have has been serviced properly with new coolant every couple of years.
My sport was fine when I bought it but the coolant was a little rusty. A couple of months later the head went porous. One rebuild and a fortune later and its f***ed again.
Theyre a fantastic car when they run well though. Mine was similar speed in a straight line to my mates UK Impreza and was a joy in the bends.
