anyone no what it could be?

I believe thats the front brake pad wear sensor telling you they will need changing soon.

pad weasr sensor or brake fluid level sensor

as above, front pad wear light. When you replace them, you may get pads without the sensors - you'll get used to the warning light on the dash, just make sure you keep an eye on the pads!
