it says its diamond black! do u get different blacks?

hi mate , there is diamond black , and shwartz black , diamond is mettallic and schwartz is straight black, hope this helps.

there are different blacks yes, and diamond black is one of them,.but there are not 2 types of diamond black if u get what i mean

if u can get a paint code or summin then that would make life soo much easier

Check the paint code on your VIN plate.

Although, my old black 316 was just Black Black

yours is schwartz black, mine is diamond black , mine looks more greyer black , yours is straight black .( schwartz ) look on the passenger front suspension leg under bonnett the sticker on the turrett will confirm colour of your car cheers (rob)

Mine is schwartz but mine is metallic.... or is that not what straight black means?! Ah it's early and ive confused myself now! !

Schwartz is german for black!!

There are a few blacks, there's metallic diamond black, there's a flat black, (can't remember what it was caled now!) and there's jet black as the sport evo was painted.

diamond schwarts is german for diamond black, no actual difference in colour BUT there are 3 different shades of it !!

lightest one is very dark grey and they get darker

Your 2 door is just black (schwarz) and the touring is diamond black same as my 327i looks like the 181/9 shade as well.
