Are M3 panels available from the dealer?

Just a quick question...
About once a year I get the urge to make my facelift 2 door look like an M3 (why not, it's already bastardised out of MCoupé, E36M3 and E30M3 bitss..).
Are the panels still available from BMW?
From what I can tell you'd need:
New wings
Front valance
Front bumper
Plastic front inner arches
New sills
Sill covers/skirts
M3 doors
New rear quarters
New rear panel
New rear inner arches
Rear bumper
Rear screen assembly
Bootlid
I'd want to get new bits where I had to weld things in, and second hand bits wherever I could.
Just a thought, one that I have every now and again (especially when I look at my car and think: You need a paint!
What panels are available from BMW? Just out of curiosity really. If I was to make a lookey likey I'd probably start with a rolling M3.
