Starting to work through all the minor nigglers on my E30....
Does anyone know if the 318is (M42) has (at factory standard) a warning sound to prevent you from leaving your lights on as you get out of the car. Mine doesn't and was wondering if it's there but broken. It was registered in 1990.

I used to have 1990 318is many moons ago (10 years ago), and that had a warning gong as you left the lights on, but none of the 325i's I have had since have this. Maybe that was an aftermarket jobbie (?).

e30 owners know when they're lights are on and don't need some vauxhall e36 type buzzer! lol
