How safe is it to run cars with adaptors? Dont they cause more wear on wheel bearings?

I think they are nice, but would have had them in silver or chrome. Where the hell is that your zooming down the road in with no front plate??

It's in Portland Oregon I think (just spotted the car on rv3limited, it's not mine) :(

You're not going to put any more stress on the wheel bearings as porsche tend to use very high offsets, so even with an adaptor they're within reasonable limits.

Design 90s came on various porsches in the 90s in various widths and offsets. Stagered fit forged 928 versions are the most sought after and most expensive.

Quick thought , with those adapters would you be able to run the 16" BBS wheels that you would find on the M3 with out any issue?

No because m3 bbs are 5 x 120 mm and already a fairly low offset. You do occasionally see Porsche fit bbs rs pop up for sale though

Were they the ones that were gold on the inside orginally?

Was it the Targa's that normally had those wheels?

I have staggerred design 90s on my £300 944, if it all ends in flames and tears at the welders they will be for sale ! :)
