Really tuff one that! But having seen RPM's M3 the other day, and how well it performed, my vote goes to that! :D

Second would have been Black-Potato's Black 318i, which went very well in its class! :D

Stupidly tough between tim_haynes' and twotunerz's cars, but that brown and green colour scheme swings it for me :thumb:

Cmon why vote for ANOTHER M3, how boring!!!!

Matt brown with a flourescant roll cage and that spoiler says buisiness, function not fashion,

plus they are dutch so you know the mellow chilling appens after the business is done!!

I can't believe that people are voting for the clean, pristine, white M3 either. To be honest I'm surprised that it even made the voting stage. Yes, it's very lovely, but not lairy enough for a track car of the month vote, surely? Twotunerz FTW

I can only assume that it's being voted for by those for whom 'Council Car of the Month' was a traumatic and vomit - inducing experience winkeye

Championship wins
Race Wins
Podiums

that clean white m3s done the ring, 2500 laps of brands, snet, lydden hill. and that picture was taken just after I painted it, and after I built it, take a look at it at santa pod, and come and let me know what you think of it then, pristine it aint, lightweight, cams airbox and other goodies it has, its 1069 kgs with a qtr tank of fuel and about 230 hp, and was built from a write off

itll be a pleasure, each to there own, but it just pisses me off when people have a pop at cars without seeing them in the flesh or on track, my 2 cars were in performance bmw last month if anyones interested

As I said, Bob... your car looks lovely, and from what you've said it certainly delivers thanks to you  . It just strikes me as the kind of car which could win a wide variety of catagories of COTM. For me, however, I like a lairy looking track car

If you've interpretted my comment as 'having a pop' at your car, I am flabbergasted.

As above all the cars are very nice, the two M3's are stunning but i find it too predictable to vote for an M3 as a track car as this is what they where designed to do, the normal E30's take more work to make them track ready and as such i feel more deserved of my track car vote - this in no way takes away the efforts you have put into your M3's!!

yep understand that, have had many modified e30s in the 22 years that ive owned them, only 2 of them m3s, but the post was track car of the month, not e30s no m3s, and not lairy cars only, or no pristine cars allowed, that was just my point as well, and my main point was that my car isnt a pristine m3 with a cage, its a fairly serious track car, already fitted with all the safety equipment to race 2morrow, mr lee, im sure i could make a normal e30 go just as quick, spnding less money, theres a lot of very quick 2.5 AND 2.7 s out there as well, comments like im surprised it even made the voting stage then, were unnessary as well, rant over good luck all, see you a the pod

My comment was purely based on the one picture shown. Had I known of your cars track history my opinion would have been different, and I would have fully understood its nomination. It just looked like a really smart M3 to me :o:

Very tough...

Was hard to pick between Inital_g's, M3Bobs and RPMs but Inital_g's just swung it as it's a look I'm after getting to like over the last month or two...

The two M3s are very impressive too and cragle's and blackpotatos E30s are cool too...

Don't like the brown car though to be honest but that's just me...

No they don't.. Both need the same amount of prep.. Just because the M3 gives a better result..
