Convert sill replacement help...

Hello, can anyone recommend where to have the sill on my cabby replaced.. Im in Sussex..
Is this a rotten job to do (ha)
Its the outer sill off side only

most people with e30's know this problem very well
post some pics of the rot and will try to advise mate

Its both jacking points on the drivers side outer sill..
holes about 3"
