hi i want to lower my e30 and fit alpina style wheels,1:how low should it go 2:what parts do i need 3 :how much will it cost

Eibach springs - lowers 30/40mm. Any lower and you will have will need to change shocks as well and will mess with the handling. Cost about 140 quid ??
Probably should replace shocks as well - type depends on use of the car (street/track)

Eibach Pro-kit and Bilstien B4's for road use is good.About £350.
