What is in your "To Do" list?

What is in your "To Do" list with regards to your E30? Can be as minor or major as possible. You don't have to list every single one, just ones that matter to you. We can get an idea of how far the car is from being "finished"/"sorted", and maybe we can help each other out by sharing tips or ideas.
Mine, on my 325i Cabby, are as follows:
- Re-adjust the rear window
Replace throttle body gasket
Replace Fuel lines
Clean cloudy rear screen
Sort out split leather stitching on rear seat
Get rid of that damp smell
Full Respray
I am sure I got some more that I didn't list...
So whats yours?

my things to do are:-
sort the electrics out
get a new battery
give the leather a clean
get the car valeted
need to find some 16" genuine alpinas for a reasonable price and then spray them black. Would look nice on my white sport and then I will be sorted.

Where do I start, car is a 1988 325i switachable auto tourer broght around 2 weeks ago and just been sat here waiting for me to pull my finger out and get it sorted.
Full service
Sort out the rear electric window
Get the central locking working again
Replace the sunroof panel
Replace bolsters on the drivers seat
Sort out the sagging rear headlining
Give the BBS wheels a fresh coat of paint
Lower the car from standard height
Fit 3.91 LSD
Get the aircon re-gassed
Give the car a full mop (currently a nice shade of satin red lol)
I'll be happy with the car when all the above has inally been done

OK I have two lists,
325
Pick up newly aquired door spray and fit
Sort out electrics (A whole host of niggles)
Change the wheels
Possibly fit newly aquired 3.5 which requires several parts I don't yet have
318
Buy, spray & fit a pair of front wings
Replace the whole front end
Change the suspension
Change the brakes
New back axel
Refit the interior
Fill the engine sized hole in the engine bay with something..
yada yada yada......
There's so much more I need to do that isn't in the above lists either!

the forum isn't big enough for mine!
i keep it on a word document as it's too big for me to bother writing out! over a full A4 page!
that said, it's all basically working and i'm just a fussy git, and write down any small jobs as they occur to me

OH dear..
Fit replacement fuel tank
Sort out the OBC temp sender so that it doesn't say -22 degrees all the time
Stop the tailgate squeaking (again)
Get the radio working again (it stopped worked soon after the garage change the clutch master/slave)
Get new brake pads (again)
Sort out the windscreen wipers according to the wiki guide (intermittent is too intermittent)
Maybe work out why the rear wash wipe is wipe only
Kurust some annoying little patches that are starting to show up
Maybe do something about the fraying driver's seat
It still drives really well though

Haha (*chuckles extensively*)
2dr 1988 325i coupe ---
- Pull the car apart to a rolling shell. (all engine and interior, doors apart etc)
- Take rolling shell to bodyshop with new front wings, a bonnet, fix all (if any) rust and srapes. All with new spoiler, and either tech1 skirts and iS lip or tech2 kit if i can get my mits on a cheap one.
- Respray diamond black in and out and get some rust prevention on the go
- Get interior all retrimmed and die carpets/headlining/parcel shelf etc. Also the dash and center console
- Rebuild the engine from bottom up with new parts thoughout and some performance parts whilst there. New cooling system, replace some electric and whatever I can do..... and try for a really clean rebuild. BTB3 manifold.
- New fuel tank, lines etc.
- Redo all suspension (Bilstein B12), bushes, brakes (maybe willwood or brembo or something), ARB, strut braces, bearings etc. Z3 rack (finally bloody got one

).
- Some nice alloys and sprayed up.
- Scorpion exhaust.
- Refit interior
- Refit and rebuild doors
- Replace sound system with a newer one. (not quite a buzzing toonz beast, just better quality)
- Add loads of goodies
- Refit sunroof and motor
- Make sure everything is all as new as it can be and put back together.
- Drive on weekends/evenings occasionally. Find another daily....
- Take it to at least one UK meet... if I trust putting onto a ferry
I'm clearly missing a lot from my build, but I'll do it over the next few years whilst I'm still young and cant even dream of affording a house...
Providing I can get a garage to do this in

Hopefully If my dad removes his kit car for a week or so (which he's planning) I'll quickly push my E30 in there and refuse to move it

Great thread!!!!
Ive been putting off and putting off lots of little jobs on my M3 and it was easier to park up for the last 10 months because when you tot up all these little jobs they become an expensive job.
New centre section (followed by back box)
New clutch fitted (not desperate but got one years ago)
Electric window switch twitchy
Sort faulty stereo
Fan not coming in when warm
Trim under steering wheel not fitted correctly
New steering wheel
Gutter trim missing
Alloys to refurb.

fix the low speed setting on the fan
change the clutch (no slip, but release bearing occasionally makes odd noises and may as well change the whole lot while i'm down there)
get some mats
get a spanner to fill the missing slot in the toolbox
refurb the standard 16in m3 wheels i bought over a year ago and havent touched since
repaint the rear wing
probably about a million other things i would like to do but will never get around to, and don't notice most of the time

After 9 months of graft my 318iS passed it's MOT with flying colours!
I still have a long list of jobs still to do to get the car finshed:
Fit fuel breather hose when it finally arrives
Fit carpet
Finish touching up the paint and give it a polish
...
Then a respray.
