Glovebox torch

Present but not working. An easy fix or time to buy a new one off eBay?

Ebay or dealers. Not sure about fixing them though. Still, their relatively cheap.

Also, it might not be the tourch, but your charger setup in the glovebox could be faulty. best bet is try a new tourch for a while.

You can easily check that power is being supplied to the glove box torch position with a meter.

The problem with most torches is that the internal batteries deteriorate and expand inside, causing acid damage throughout the plastic extrusion.

I personally wouldn't trust that an Ebay torch worked, unless it was photographed with the light on!

Seriously though, just before christmas 2 nearly new looking touches for a 5er posted. Most where 10 for a good nick one. "Buy it now".... love it! I gave one to a mate though.

After picking up my first e30 last night i was amazed at the tourch when i found it!

Then i found a second one! 8)

Both working? Nice find! Most E30's I come across in Jersey seem to be missing the tourch...
