The handbrake warning light on my 320i doesn't always light up when the handbrake handle is raised, the bulb is fine, it's the wire on the contact point under the handbrake gaiter that keeps detaching itself that's the problem.

Is it an MOT failure?

If two lights are fitted they must both work, like the spare wheel (if its bald it'll fail but if there isn't one thats O.K.).

so if one of my rear fogs is out (even though im only required to have one) its a fail?????
