Yes indeed, there's no such thing as a free lunch and cheap MOT's are just an inducement to get punters through the door and quote them for work that sometimes doesn't need doing. I'm all for a fair & strict MOT as what's the point kidding yourself otherwise, but be warned.

I paid £25 for my MOT...... The bugger passed too
