Erm, theres one guy that has a motorsport cab that also lives in watford, and theres one more guy that lives up the road from me. Hes hardly every on here due to work commitments.

When it comes to meets, the closest place is Ace Cafe (by the north circular) which isnt that far really.

Where abouts in watford do you live? Im between Belmont Circle and Crazy horse bar...........depends how well you know stanmore

I'm in Chorleywood, a few miles from Watford. Haven't been to any meets as yet, still trying to get the car as I want it!

Hey , I'm from Watford and know chorleywood very well as I drive through every day on my way to work in Amersham... Have been meaning to get to a meet and was toying with the Milton Keynes meet at the end of the month...

i know stanmore ok im s/oxhey but spend most of my time wieldstone and i work by bushey arches

i know chorelywood well too was raised mill end and my sister lives chorley

i was thinkin of goin to the milton keynes meet aswell but need to do backend first and not being capable myself might take time

can anyone recomend any good garages local to swap rear subframe

I've got the car, just finishing off what I want to do to it. I have a 325i cabby in bright red. M-Tech 2 kit, 17" Alpina reps and a brand new retrimmed cream interior.

The only one local to us that could do it is Dips, another zoner thats on here under the name of dips346.

Zuast has been on here for quite a while so he must know a few garages aswell.

I'm in North Watford, just off St Albans Road. I was planning to make the Milton Keynes Meet... Maybe we could go in convoy....I see it starts at 7.00pm ish but I wouldn't be able to leave til 8.00 pm ish and I'm not sure how long it would take to get there?

Its interesting you grew up in Mill End and now live in South Oxhey as when I was younger the two lots were always fighting!!!

Porky, There's a bmw specialist in Rickmansworth called 'Autobahn services' or something like that. Not sure what they are like but they are quite close to you... I rang them for some advice and found them very helpful.
I would imagine its quite straight forward for any compitent mechanic...

i know they were when i was too..... alarm system??? wats that people wouldnt touch it mate its parked under cctv and people know its mine so they tend to leave it alone!!!
