It's a tough call - It's clearly had a lot of work, I'd want to be looking over everything to gauge the standard of it. Could be worth the pennies, or it could be a bit of a lash up - no way of knowing just from the ad. Not sure about the exhaust and the ICE, but if that kind of thing's your bag, it adds desirability.

No mention of mileage.
Personally I'd want to see it and get it up on a ramp before talking money. Always wary of big ICE installs as well regardless of how well the seller says its been installed and how much they think it adds to the value of the car.
Just tread very carefully mate - over 4 bags is a lot of cash.....I've looked at a lot of crap cars in Walsall over the years.
