Does anyone on here run their car with these on, and if so how/does it affect the drive?

I've used spacers on a mini with no issues, drove perfectly!!
Should be ok as long as the combination of spacer and wheels adds up to the correct offset (i think!)
Give it a try and let us know!!!
If you're not happy, you can always stick the spacers back on ebay!!

Why not just take off the bits you need to convert to 5 stud from a E36 compact, it uses the same set up as a E30 just 5 stud

from BMW 4 stud to other makes 5 stud, eg: 5x130 can be done. 4x100-5x120 is a bit sketchy. Jazzman did this, but used 2 sets of adapters, 4x100-5x100 then 5x100-5x120.

you can get 4x100 to 5x120 but it puts the offset way out.

Nothing for 4x100 - 5x120
motorsport-tech.com (in the US do a set, but not sure if it's 2 adapters or the single one with the sandwich stud.)

4x100 to 5x120 PCD's clash so you can't simply have a plate to adapt the two, you need 2 adaptors which will throw the offset waaaay out (40mm ish) so you'll need some very odd offset wheels to accomodate them which kind of defeats the object.
what PCD are the wheels you're looking to fit?
